HIGH RIVER, AB: A water main break has occurred Monday afternoon on Crescent Avenue S.E. near the Foothills Kinettes Water Tower Park.
The northbound lane has been closed as a precaution due to icy conditions in the area and Town crews are taking the necessary safety precautions to control the ice and water drainage.
Support crews from Shawne Excavating Ltd. arrived to assist with repairs.
There will be minimal disruption to residential water services in the area. While the work is being conducted, residents are asked to be extra vigilant due to the ice.
Please use caution and follow all signage and directions from work crews.
